• Conduct dynamic training for diverse groups
• Assist in developing instructional materials and tools
• Assess training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training relevance
• Support onboarding and process adoption initiatives

• Over 2 years’ experience in facilitation or training
• Familiar with process transformation projects
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Energetic and adaptable in continuously changing environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
