Support our partner, PSOJ, in developing a digital maturity pathway for SMEs, boosting efficiency, streamlining processes through automation, and introducing cutting‑edge, cost‑effective digital tools that drive impact. The pathway includes an automation pilot aimed at accelerating business growth and enhancing productivity.

• Create the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool
• Develop the SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit
• Implement the Digital Adoption Pathway and Pilot Programme with selected organizations, guiding the Executive Director through the pathway, evaluating readiness, and measuring productivity improvements and process automation. Key indicators: percentage of SMEs completing the digital readiness assessment, percentage reduction in manual processes, percentage increase in online sales or customer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in organizational management, business administration, business process automation, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of youth development
• Detail‑oriented with proven problem‑solving abilities and capacity for independent judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational and operational plans and policies, and business planning and management
• Experience conducting training sessions
• Robust team collaboration skills, high initiative, self‑motivation
