Please note:

This is an on-site position based in Windsor, CO. Candidates must be local or willing to commute regularly.

What You’ll Do

• Work Prepare competitive estimates for private commercial and industrial projects (TI, ground-up, PEMB)
  Perform accurate takeoffs and develop pricing proposals in response to RFPs
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to scope, qualify, and align bids
• Attend pre-bid site visits and walkthroughs when needed
• Identify value-engineering solutions that improve cost and constructability

Support Project Execution

• Collaborate with project managers for a smooth handoff from preconstruction to build
• Attend weekly internal production meetings
• Maintain and grow relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors

Who You Are

You have:

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial projects (TI, ground-up, PEMB, light industrial)
• A record of awarded bids and successful transitions to project management teams
• Strong tech skills (Bluebeam, Planswift, Red Team, Excel, etc.)
• Either field experience or a deep understanding of constructability and phasing

• Honest, proactive, and detail-driven
• Organized and self-motivated—you manage deadlines and follow through
• A confident communicator with trade partners, clients, and team members
• Motivated by quality, collaboration, and building things that last

• Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience).
