Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries
- Schedule and conduct unit showings and inspections
- Document resident interactions in management software
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies and common areas
- Support move-out processes with detailed inspections
- Solid customer service and public interaction skills
- Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and time management abilities
- Willing to adopt new technology
