• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries
• Schedule and conduct unit showings and inspections
• Document resident interactions in management software
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies and common areas
• Support move-out processes with detailed inspections

• Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act
