Position: Client Service Consultant (Windsor)

We are currently seeking a Client Service Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and helping ensure clients receive excellent service.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with new clients in their homes
  • Visit new clients to learn about their needs and preferences
  • Explain available services and help develop a service plan
  • Establish service expectations
  • Complete initial paperwork
Support Positive Client Relationships
  • Build friendly, professional relationships with clients
  • Be a reliable point of contact for client questions or service requests
  • Help ensure clients are satisfied with the services they receive
Coordinate with Service Staff
  • Introduce new staff members to clients at initial visits
  • Ensure staff understand client expectations and service plans
  • Communicate updates between clients and team members
Provide Operational Support
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Distribute supplies or materials to staff when needed

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or customer service-based roles preferred
  • Ability to travel independently to client visits within the local area
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as mobile apps and email
Schedule
  • Flexible part-time or casual hours
  • Daytime availability preferred
  • Occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs

Job Types: Part-time, Casual;
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
