Saas Customer Success Manager Windsor

With over two years of experience in Customer Success or related fields, you will guide recent customers through vital training and launch processes.

Your mission is to create impactful success plans while ensuring customer engagement and account health are monitored regularly. Using platform analytics, you will measure engagement and adapt strategies as needed.

• Oversee onboarding and training from kickoff to launch
• Build and oversee customer success plans for renewals
• Train customers on platform features and workflows
• Track account health and address issues proactively
• Compile feedback from customers for product enhancements

• Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or similar roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Comfortable with web software and analytics tools
• Experience with CMS or community platforms is beneficial
