Role Description The Preschool Infant Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Windsor, CA. This position is responsible for providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring a clean, safe classroom environment. The role also involves ongoing communication with families, collaborating with colleagues, following licensing and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early childhood or infant/toddler classrooms.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with children, families, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support classroom assistants and contribute to a collaborative teaching environment.
• Additional qualifications include knowledge of child development, familiarity with state childcare licensing standards, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to maintain a safe, inclusive classroom.
• Formal education such as a CDA, associate’s degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is preferred, along with previous experience in an infant or preschool setting.
