Soft is looking for a Wire Harness Design and Release Engineer to manage the end-to-end design and validation of wiring harness assemblies for vehicle electrical systems. The engineer will ensure design documentation complies with master models and support product lifecycle activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in transportation wiring design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD systems is required. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing teams to support robust design execution and continuous improvement.
