Position: Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies (Windsor)

Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies

The Administration Assistant supports the Automotive Retail Strategies department with a range of administrative duties related to conditional sales loan and leasing program administration to ensure that all conditional sales loans and lease funding is completed accurately and with time-sensitivity.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the loan administration process which includes the completion of loan and lease files, loan and lease delinquencies and the completion of a loan and leasing checklist.
  • Interact with Automotive and RV Dealerships when required.
  • Complete a variety of reports and monthly logs.
  • Complete tasks in an extended hours environment when required.
  • Work in collaboration with your Automotive Retail Strategies team members as well as other credit union staff (including Credit Risk, Credit Solutions, Administration and Finance) to ensure that the financial and service level expectations and objectives of the department are achieved.
  • Post and reconcile all returned and rejected clearing items in a timely manner.
  • Manage dealership and member inquiries; investigate and resolve issues as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimun of two years’ experience in a related position.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs.
Additional Skills
  • Prior experience within the financial services industry.
Compensation

Pay: CA $42,000.00 - CA $53,000.00 per year
