Communications Specialist ( Training; Windsor

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma (in business, communications, adult education etc) with 3 additional years experience in the area of training.
• Experience creating user training materials, technical documentation, and platform support resources.
• Experience delivering training sessions via web-based interactive technology i.e. TEAMs.
• Experience working on multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines, simultaneously.
• Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users)
• Experience developing and delivering training materials including documentation, computer - based training modules and training videos.
• Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.
• Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Experience fostering effective working relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Using feedback analytics to shape/adjust training materiel
