Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Millwright (3 shift rotation) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment essential to our production processes. This role requires a robust understanding of industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical components, and safety protocols to ensure optimal operation of plant machinery and infrastructure.
Duties- Install, align, and assemble machinery and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment including boilers, HVAC systems, conveyors, and pumps.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues utilizing analysis skills and diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems.
- Conduct welding repairs or modifications as needed to maintain equipment integrity.
- Assist with the installation or upgrade of new machinery in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs for all work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working setting.
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices in manufacturing settings.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay: $37.53‑$42.66 per hour
