Position: Lathe Operator (Windsor)

Job Overview

Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario. We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to support the setup and operation of our machining equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that machined parts meet quality and design standards in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate lathe machines to perform cutting, sanding, drilling, and finishing of parts and materials.
  • Inspect finished products to verify conformity to specifications.
  • Use precision measuring tools to assess part dimensions.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality output.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
  • Prior experience with CNC or manual lathe machines preferred.
  • Willingness to work days, afternoons, nights and weekends.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
