Machine Operators Rotating Shift; Windsor

Competitive Pay starting at $22 - $25 per hour. Rotating shift (2 weeks days/2 weeks afternoons). 7.5% shift premium when working afternoon shift ($23.65 - 26.87 per hour total).

We have immediate openings for Machine Operators.

As a Machine Operator at SPIROL, you will operate and set up machinery, inspect products for quality, and ensure that all specifications and standards are met. Over time, you will learn basic machine setups and assist with tooling changes. A comprehensive training program is offered.

• Setting up and operating machines efficiently and safely
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Performing in-process inspections, entering SPC data, and resetting machines as needed
• Accurately reporting work hours to work orders using the Transcollector system

• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs
• Robust mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Flexible to work a day/afternoon shift rotation
• Safety‑conscious and eager to learn
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to obtain overhead crane and forklift certification
• Safety shoes required, wearing hearing and eye protection required

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Familiarity with inspection tools or measuring equipment
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
• The ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Knowledge of SPC Data Collection
