NC Operator; Windsor

Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NC Operator to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

• Set up and operate NC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of NC equipment.
• Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

• Experience operating NC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Solid understanding of machine controls and basic programming, G‑code.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift.
