Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NC Operator to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components.
What You Will Be Doing- Set up and operate NC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of NC equipment.
- Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

- Experience operating NC machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Solid understanding of machine controls and basic programming, G‑code.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift.
