La Crema Winery in Northern California's Russian River Valley is seeking Harvest 2026 team members to learn the harvest process, including Crush Pad Operations, Fermentation Management, Barrel Operations and Winery Sanitation.
Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, racking and pumping juice, adding nutrients, obtaining lab samples, operating crush pad equipment, forklift movement of barrels, and adherence to safe cellar practices with potential overtime.
