Compensation & Experience TiersWe value your expertise. Our transparent pay scale is built on your years of nursing experience:
5 Years Experience: $27.72 – $33.00/hr
10 Years Experience: ~$36.30/hr
15+ Years Experience: ~$39.60/hr
Plus competitive shift differentials for Mid and Night shifts.
Rapid Response: Triage and stabilize patients across the lifespan—from pediatric fever to adult cardiac events.
Full-Scope Nursing: Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans in a fast-paced environment.
Streamlined Care: Manage patient flow efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes and seamless discharge or transfer coordination.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work in close-quarters with ED Physicians and specialized clinical staff to maintain a high standard of safety.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER experience (Critical Care/ICU backgrounds are also highly encouraged to apply).
Licensure: Active FL or Multi-State Compact RN License.
Education: ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred).
Certifications: BLS (Required at start); ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Obtainable within 90 days).
