Compensation & Experience Tiers

We value your expertise. Our transparent pay scale is built on your years of nursing experience:

• 5 Years Experience: $27.72 – $33.00/hr

• 10 Years Experience: ~$36.30/hr

• 15+ Years Experience: ~$39.60/hr

• Plus competitive shift differentials for Mid and Night shifts.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Rapid Response: Triage and stabilize patients across the lifespan—from pediatric fever to adult cardiac events.

• Full-Scope Nursing: Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans in a fast-paced environment.

• Streamlined Care: Manage patient flow efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes and seamless discharge or transfer coordination.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work in close-quarters with ED Physicians and specialized clinical staff to maintain a high standard of safety.

What You'll Need

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER experience (Critical Care/ICU backgrounds are also highly encouraged to apply).

• Licensure: Active FL or Multi-State Compact RN License.

• Education: ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred).

• Certifications: BLS (Required at start); ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Obtainable within 90 days).

Pay Details: $27.72 to $39.60 per hour
