• Ensure quality convergence and deploy quality management tools for qualifying incoming parts and assemblies.
• Conduct issue root cause analysis.
• Update supplier compliance dashboard and lead quality reviews, prioritizing supplier compliance actions consistent with expected vehicle quality.
• Propose pilots for issue resolution.
• Lead the escalation process based on BCI business criteria for parts and assemblies.
• Coach strategic suppliers on the execution of complaint processes and issue resolution.
• Ensure root cause analysis and manage change requests to guarantee 100% quality at launch.
• Manage correlation of measurements to KPIs and ensure data integrity.
