Key Responsibilities- Supervise certification line quality verification personnel
- Track and report quality issues, leading corrective actions
- Train and coach personnel on World Class Manufacturing practices
- Manage time sheets and payroll for bargaining unit employees
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven planning and problem‑solving skills
- Flexible shift availability and overtime capability
- Solid knowledge of MS Office or Google Office
- Minimum two years of quality‑related experience
