You’ll support and coach your team, keep customer service and merchandising standards looking great, and help your store show up strong for the community.

• Own store sales and profitability—meet (and beat) targets
• Keep expenses in check and handle customer needs with care
• Deliver outstanding customer service—every day, for every customer
• Keep the store stocked, organized, and easy to shop
• Follow merchandising and marketing guidelines to a tee
• Receive, organise, and manage freight and deliveries
• Maintain loss prevention standards and follow policies/procedures

• 1–2 years of retail management experience
• A customer‑first mindset and the drive to take ownership
• Friendly, flexible, adaptable, efficient, and professional
