About the role

Bakers at Atlantic Superstore provide outstanding customer service, support the bakery team, and ensure a pleasant in‑store experience for all guests.

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Accurately scan products
• Carry out company‑directed promotions and programs
• Maintain product display and keep the department area organized
• Maintain established health and safety standards

• Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Motivated to learn new skills and take on challenges
• Flexibility to work in various departments and hours (days, evenings, nights, and weekends)
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout the shift
• No prior experience required – training provided

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche : $16.75 - $21.95 per hour / 16,75$ - 21,95$ (per hour / de l’heure)
