Technical Inside Sales Manager

Overview

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000. This role leads sales support functions, guiding quoting activities, managing customer agreements, and aligning sales with operational goals.

• Oversee the quoting function and support planning activities that align sales and operational goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare, review, and manage customer agreements and business documentation.
• Address time-sensitive customer needs, including pricing requests, order-related issues, and opportunity management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work with sales teams to qualify and advance new business opportunities.
• Provide initial technical assistance to customers and coordinate with subject matter experts on more complex requests.
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, training, process improvements, and cross-functional business initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of B2B technical/engineering sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, CRM, and commercial strategy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and reporting or analytics tools.
