• Increase customer base by outreach processes and referrals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Sell additional products to existing customers based on their needs.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to provide customers with life, health, and personal insurance policies.

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
