Part Time On Call Security Guard Windsor

Overview

We are seeking a responsible and customer service-oriented Part time/On-Call Security Guard. This position offers a minimum of 16 hours per week, with fixed shifts on Friday nights and Sundays. Students are welcome to apply.

• Friday Nights: 19:00 – 03:00 (7:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.)
• Sundays: 14:30 – 22:30 (2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
• Additional on-call hours may be available as required.

• Conduct regular routine patrols of the condominium premises.
• Check mechanical room, pool, and spa readings to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Monitor CCTV footage and manage access control effectively.
• Enforce condominium bylaws, rules, and regulations with professionalism.
• Deliver excellent customer service and interact with residents, guests, and stakeholders daily.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents as they arise.
• Liaison with municipal Police services and Local Fire Departments.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team with a cooperative mindset.

• Minimum of 1-year prior experience in Security or a related field.
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and qualified in challenging situations.
• Ability and good understanding to interpret Municipal, Provincial and Federal legislation as applicable to the Security field and location.
