Polaron Comfort seeks skilled HVAC Installation Technicians to join their subcontractor network.
This role requires a minimum of three years of experience and a valid licensing, focusing on furnace, air conditioning, and heat pump installations.
Technicians must ensure professionalism, reliability, and quality work on all jobs, providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Complete residential HVAC installations per manufacturer specifications
- Represent Polaron with professionalism and solid communication
- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and updates
- Submit required documentation including job photos and reports
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Minimum of 3 years residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician license (TSSA registered)
- ODP certification and own tools
- Valid Ontario driver's license and vehicle
- $2M general liability insurance and WSIB clearance
