Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing;
Perform plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs) using soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings;
Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets;
Complete preventative maintenance programs on all systems such as HVAC;
Patch drywall, replace wall coverings or texture and paint; inspect building systems and report deficiencies
