Experienced Excavator Operator; Windsor

Job Summary

Advantage Contracting is looking for multiple experienced excavator operators. The role involves residential, landscaping, and commercial excavation tasks.

• Work independently, assess and solve issues as they arise.
• Finish grade and pipe work.
• Install basic water drainage.
• Take care of and maintain equipment.
• Run your own crew (typically one or two labourers).
• Septic install, municipal service install, foundation digs, heavy commercial work, road building.

• 1 year of excavation experience (required).
• Experience in residential and landscaping sectors.
• Experience in commercial excavation.
• Knowledge of basic tools.
• Punctual and detail oriented.
• Municipal service install experience.
• Ability to work in all types of weather and commute to various job sites.
• Must live in Nova Scotia and be able to start work within 2 weeks of hire.
• English language proficiency (required).
• Approximately 50+ hours per week.

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $30.00–$38.00 per hour (starting wage based on experience)
