Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company seeks a Mobile Service Pac Lease Technician to perform on-site and roadside maintenance and repair on Pac Lease commercial trucks across Northern and Central California. In this role, you will diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical, brake, suspension, and HVAC systems, complete preventive maintenance and DOT inspections, and respond to customer service calls in the field.
You'll represent our customer-focused, safety-minded culture, delivering reliable, high-quality work and clear communication while keeping fleet customers safely on the road. Responsibilities
- Perform mobile maintenance and repairs on Pac
- Lease commercial trucks and related equipment at customer sites and on the road
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical, brake, suspension, and HVAC systems using proper tools and software
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and DOT inspections to ensure safety and reliability
- Respond to roadside and on-site service calls, ensuring timely, professional customer support
- Document all work performed, parts used, and hours in company systems accurately
- Follow company and industry safety standards, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with service advisors, parts staff, and shop technicians to coordinate repairs and parts availability
- Maintain service truck, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and reliable condition
