Seasonal Event Delivery Driver; Box Truck

Overview

Encore Events Rentals is looking for Event Delivery Drivers who will be an integral part of the success of the 2026 event season. Drivers represent the company while working with clients on site. They provide a high level of customer service to clients and third-party vendors and are responsible for safe loading, as well as on time delivery of our product.

• Load and unload rental equipment including chairs, tables, and tabletop items onto company vehicles for delivery
• Safely operate a box truck ranging from 16 ft. to 26 ft. in length
• Deliver and pick up rental equipment to and from client locations in a timely and professional manner
• Perform pre and post trip inspections on company vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Keep accurate record of all items on deliveries and pickups
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be proficient in spoken and written English
• Be available to work all weekends, holidays, and overtime through October 31st
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Have 1 year of experience driving class C box trucks, preferred but not required
• Be able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
• Be able to constantly lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds
• Consent to a pre-employment screening, including physical, background check, and DMV pull
• Be able to pass E-Verify

• Competitive pay of $24.00 per hour
