The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and coordination with third-party warehouses. This role ensures smooth logistics processes while promoting team leadership and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and storage of goods
• Coordinate inventory transfers with third-party warehouses
• Monitor railcar and container shipments and resolve transport issues
• Ensure inventory accuracy, product traceability, and warehouse organization
• Lead and support warehouse staff; foster a safe and productive environment
• Communicate across supply chain and production teams to align priorities
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and strong operational planning
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
• Manage pallets, storage trailers, and fumigation program
• Provide backup for logistics and shipping roles when needed

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics supervision (food industry experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory systems, WMS, and ERP platforms
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or SQF is an asset

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
