Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges between $39,200 - $53,900, with eligibility for an incentive target of $1,500.00 contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and customer appointments, maintain calendars
Greet and assist visitors and customers to the office
Answer customer questions, provide information, take and process orders, and address complaints
Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Prepare and monitor invoices, collate, and distribute mail
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail
Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Maintain supply inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders through purchasing
Ensure all archive boxes are accurately labelled and logged per record retention policies
Open incoming mail, sort and distribute as required
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Support all functions of the business as required
Follow all safety protocols in compliance with WFS Health and Safety policies and procedures
Follow all safety protocols of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
All other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience required
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
