Join our Windsor team as a Senior Disability Administrator, where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will shine. This on-site position focuses on providing excellent support to our Disability Case Managers and clients.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing various administrative functions, including the setup of Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims. You'll maintain organized records, track financials, and ensure that all client communications are professional and timely. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute significantly to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage daily administrative diary tasks
• Support Case Managers with various workflows
• Set up disability claims within deadlines
• Organize file requests and documentation
• Handle financial tracking, including invoice management
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Post-secondary education a valuable asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Resilient mindset suited for a fast-paced setting
