With over 3 years of experience in office support, candidates will manage scheduling, communications, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal and external communication efficiently
• Schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual sessions
• Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Track project deadlines and assist team workflows
• Compile meeting agendas and special project documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Office Administration diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change
