In your role as Service Writer, you will support the Service Manager in executing detailed reports and maintaining the Service Department's records. Key tasks involve managing work orders, updating customer profiles, and sustaining the service library. You will also address customer inquiries and ensure efficient processing of reports and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field internal and external service inquiries
• Open work orders and manage until completion
• Maintain the service library with updated information
• Update customer profiles based on work orders
• Prepare Service Technician efficiency reports
Requirements:
• Knowledge of office procedures and mechanical terms
• Basic understanding of accounting practices
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
