We are searching for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant with at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing documents, and serving as a communication point for the franchise. A demonstrated ability to multitask, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate schedules and appointments
• Prepare and format various documents and reports
• Serve as point of contact for calls and emails
• Oversee office management and supplies
• Approve marketing materials to maintain quality
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in an executive assistant role
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe is advantageous
• Must manage confidential information discreetly
