Compassionate Office Manager Wanted

The Office Manager directly reports to the General Manager and plays a crucial role in maintaining an organized and kind environment. This position encompasses client reception, clerical support, and effective communication with seniors. You will handle billing processes, payroll assistance, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation to uphold the community's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly Resident rent and service invoices promptly

• Maintain administrative files for Residents and associates

• Assist in payroll processing under General Manager guidance

• Manage reception duties, welcoming guests and answering calls

• Prepare reports related to finances and Resident needs

Requirements:

• 2-5 years dealing with seniors in a clerical role

• Proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office

• Clear TB test results and vulnerable sector screening

• Excellent communication and conflict management skills

• Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
