Become a vital support member at Bay Ferries as a Workforce Coordinator. This role focuses on crewing operations, scheduling coordination, and payroll management within a dynamic operational environment.

The Workforce Coordinator provides essential administrative assistance to maintain effective and compliant crewing operations. Collaborate closely with the Terminal Manager and People & Culture team to ensure operational readiness, manage certification tracking, and support accurate payroll reconciliation.

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining workforce records and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain crew certifications and training records

• Track certification expiry dates to update management

• Prepare and distribute crew schedules according to needs

• Validate payroll entries against approved schedules

• Coordinate logistics for training and onboarding

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or related field

• 2+ years in administrative or operational support roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to a strong safety culture
