Child Care Admin Support

Enhance administrative operations at The Learning Corner Childcare Centre with The Salvation Army as a dedicated Administrative Assistant. This role involves office management, financial tracking, and community engagement.

In this full-time position, you will support the Child Care Supervisor and Program Director with vital administrative tasks. Responsibilities encompass managing enrollment documentation, processing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering positive relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general office administration and reception

• Manage enrollment, admissions, and waitlist processes

• Prepare financial reports and maintain attendance records

• Respond to parent inquiries and coordinate meetings

• Order and manage supply inventories

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field

• At least two years of relevant administrative experience

• Familiarity with child care administration software is a plus

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Must provide a Criminal Background Check
