As a Plan Build Specialist reporting to the Supervisor of Plan Build Services, you will be instrumental in developing and managing client-specific plans and ensuring smooth processing of changes and amendments. Your work will span across various business lines, requiring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and thorough documentation practices. You'll handle multiple projects and engage in detailed reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and interpret sales agreements

• Create and map plan designs for clients

• Facilitate meetings to gather and validate requirements

• Enter client details into the Administrative System

• Collaborate with teams on implementation requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• 3-5 years in the benefits sector

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Bilingual in English and French

• Exceptional communication and project management skills
