Junior Data Integrity Analyst

We’re Hiring a Junior Data Integrity Analyst in Leamington, ON! Starting at $60,000 (negotiable based on experience). Full‑time (40 hours/week).

What You’ll Do:

Generate and analyze weekly and ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources and reporting systems

Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency

Manage and maintain membership databases and reporting tools

Collaborate with internal teams to support data‑driven initiatives and decision‑making

Present data insights to internal and external audiences, including during tours, delegations, and stakeholder engagements

What We’re Looking For:

Post‑secondary education in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Experience with database management, data manipulation, and system queries

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and speak to diverse audiences

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
