Responsibilities   Partner with the Waterworks Leadership team in improvement opportunities focused on customer service excellence, on‑time service and support.
Conduct on‑job training, develop and document process flows, SOPs, and lead in‑house 5S/Lean initiatives.
Supervise a team, performing systematic daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.
Coordinate with the front‑of‑house branch to resolve problems and collect forecast data.
Monitor non‑listed inventory, safety stock levels and ensure replenishment procedures are followed; monitor inventory service‑level discrepancies.
Oversee all inventory adjustment procedures in compliance with finance and accounting guidelines and support audit activities.
Oversee the slotting and workflow WMS parameters within High‑Jump and Lydia (voice‑picking).
Partner closely with IT and other High‑Jump RDC/HUB facilities within the network.
Support and test system readiness as part of regular code promotions/fixes to production and assist in root‑cause analysis related to system disruptions.
Support implementation and change management of corporate programs.
Qualifications   5+ years proven track record in inventory management using ERP and WMS systems (High Jump preferred) within a high‑volume, fast‑paced warehouse‑distribution environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, engineering or a related technology field, or relevant industry experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to handle multiple demands and timelines.
Ability to read floor plans and racking schematics.
Develop process‑flow charts and other systematic diagrams related to automation, system integration, logistics and people work‑flows, such as MSVisio.

Experience with 5S and Lean methodologies within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with material handling and packaging equipment such as GTP automation and Autostore; an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail and quality of work.
Result of a satisfactory criminal record check is required.
