As a Purchaser, you will assist in managing day-to-day operations by coordinating purchase orders and tracking procurement activities. Ideal candidates possess 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Your role will involve working closely with Asian suppliers, ensuring smooth procurement processes, and strengthening supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate purchase orders and procurement activities
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and shipment details
• Review purchase requisitions, invoices, and delivery documents
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
• Support sourcing efforts by gathering quotes and comparing pricing
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in purchasing or supply chain support
• Proficiency in Chinese and English preferred
• Strong vendor relations and order management skills
• Experience with international suppliers, especially in Asia
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
