Become an Employee Benefits Analyst at HUB International and play a critical role in supporting client needs. This position blends analytical skills with exceptional client service to manage employee benefits effectively.
In this dynamic role at a premier brokerage, you'll engage with Account Managers to deliver high-quality insights and manage the full lifecycle of benefits plans. Your responsibilities will include report preparation, conducting market analysis, troubleshooting client issues, and ensuring accurate client records in systems like EPIC. A commitment to professional growth and communication excellence is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and retain benefits clients alongside Account Managers
• Prepare reports for plan updates and renewals
• Conduct marketing and review quotes for solutions
• Analyze data for performance tracking
• Perform account audits with insurance carriers
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in group benefits
• Familiarity with Canadian benefits regulations
• LLQP license or a plan to obtain one
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Access
