This integral full-time role involves designing and implementing business processes while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure system alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct process mapping for operational efficiency
• Identify workflow risks and control gaps
• Develop streamlined future-state processes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
• Support ERP/CRM implementation and enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in systems optimization
• Direct experience with ERP/CRM systems essential
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
