• Documentation:
  Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and use cases, to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure a common understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Quality Assurance:
  Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that expectations are aligned and project goals are met.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis function.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering business solutions.
