Electrozad Operations Specialist

Electrozad seeks an Operations Specialist to join its Windsor, Ontario team, enhancing operational processes and supporting branch performance. Work collaboratively to achieve customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

This position involves reporting to the Director of Operations, where you'll actively support the branches by facilitating process reviews and implementing operational initiatives.

Your role will focus on analyzing performance, improving safety outcomes, and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational consistency through coaching and reviews

• Recommend enhancements based on performance analysis

• Oversee inventory management and loss prevention KPIs

• Support branches during openings and integrations

• Ensure training and adherence to policies

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of operations or warehouse experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Exceptional communication and relationship skills

• Willingness to travel across Ontario
