Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain corporate records for Ontario and US entities

• Administer contract execution and renewal processes

• Manage insurance renewals and align coverage with operations

• Oversee lease portfolio and tenancy relations with landlords

• Track immigration files and work permit administration

Requirements:

• 5+ years in corporate or lease administration

• Experience managing leases, immigration, or contracts

• Post-secondary education in business, law, or related fields

• Familiarity with multi-entity or manufacturing environments

• Valid driver’s license for operational needs
