As a Facilities Services Officer, you will report to the Manager of Facility Services, providing technical expertise and strategy implementation. Your leadership will guide facility services projects, community use programs, and quality assurance systems while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This position also entails conducting operational audits and developing performance analytics to enhance facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Community Use of School program
• Supervise the Facility Services Projects and Rental Clerk
• Lead service quality system development and maintenance
• Conduct audits of facility services procedures
• Collect, analyze, and report operational performance data
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field required
• Minimum five years in facility operations or asset planning
• Three years supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• Knowledge of building systems and construction practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management platforms
