• Create engaging,
  play-based learning experiences that support each child’s growth and wellbeing
• Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
• Represent and promote the centre in line with Catholic Early EdCare’s values and philosophy
• Participate in ongoing professional development to continue growing your skills and confidence
• Build meaningful relationships with families, colleagues and the wider community

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
• A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 weeks
  -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
• Effective workplace communication skills
• Willingness to take the Child Protection Training
