Tax Advisor and Preparer

This full-time, permanent role requires a commitment to travel for in-person visits to client locations. With a minimum of 3 years in tax preparation, you'll leverage your expertise to assist members with T1 and T2 tax returns while collaborating with specialists. You will focus on building strong connections, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise tax and accounting advice to FBC Members

• Gather data to prepare and file member tax returns

• Cultivate member relationships that encourage referrals

• Identify client needs and connect them with specialists

• Maintain thorough records of all interactions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a tax preparation firm

• Proficiency in Taxprep and Xero software preferred

• Experience with small business and corporate tax returns

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent detail orientation and problem-solving ability
