In your role as Branch Credit Administrator, you will connect with customers while addressing credit challenges and supporting account resolutions. Your responsibilities include handling collection files and generating analytical reports to streamline operations. You'll also play a key role in releasing machine sales promptly across divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular meetings with credit agents to assess accounts
• Escalate unresolved credit issues to other departments
• Oversee collection and legal file management
• Ensure timely release of machine sales across various sectors
• Develop Excel reports for credit limits and collection tracking
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education background
• 3 to 5 years in credit administration needed
• Accounting knowledge preferred for better outcomes
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
